Looking for Windows Phone Developer

I am looking for a developer of windows phone 8.1/10 with mandatory skills and prerequisite. 1. Dev should has published/worked on more than one windows phone/store apps (universal). 2. The name of app he/she has worked will be checked prior to work assignation. 3. Dev should have good project creation using "Windows App Studio". Important points 1. The basic project should be created via windows appstudio and later on you can add the needed functionality. 2. The project should be compiled using Visual Studio 2015 RC/RTM only and should have well tested via 720p emulator. Functionality to implement 1. Rate and review Button and reminder 2. Try and Buy feature. Steps to be followed (it is must, otherwise I wont accept the work done) 1. Login to [login to view URL] 2. Select Windows 8.1 3. Click start new project 4. Add a new menu (it will be a page) from the sections given 5. Download the source code and build it using VS 2015. 6. Add the functionality to be implemented now.
