I am looking for someone to help me implement PushSharp ([login to view URL]) on the server side of a Linux virtual server to send Push Notifications to the Apple Push Notification Service (APNS) and Google Cloud Messaging (GCM).
The notifications on the server side come from both an iOS and Android app so I have the proper authority to send. In fact I wrote my own program in PHP and have successfully been pushing notifications for a live iOS app.
Not all of my notifications have been sent by Apple so I need to capture the returned Apple error code if not sent. I have not been able to capture the error code in my PHP code so this is what has lead me to consider using PushSharp which already has all of the functionality built plus it is ready to push to Google Cloud Messaging.
I do have programming experience but have no experience with c# or .net which PushSharp is written in. I am the owner of the company and have full access to my Linux virtual server.
I am in the process of having mono installed on my linux server which I understand will be needed to run the c# code.
Please let me know your qualifications and experience for helping me with this project along with an hourly rate and/or estimated time required. My total budget for accomplishing this is around $200.
