need to finish the assembly qu/estions

I want u to do question : 1 , 2 , 5 , 6 , 10 only please you will see two pages in the pdf file first page contain the questions second page contain the form that I want u to use it to do the programs. I want u to use this for m of Assembly language plz if u use different the profesoor will give me zero like before so please take care of that.I think this form u can find it in Assembly Language for x86 Processors (6th Edition) [Kip R.
