223222 Need EA for a forex stratergy

Need a Expert advisor that will work with two indicators (BBands and Parabolic Sars) need the inputs for these two indicators to be able to be changed or adjusted. This ea will trade on a 15min chart but will only trade when 4hr,1hr,30min and 15 min chart are all indicating the same direction on the BBands and Parabolic sars. The ea will use pending orders if 4hr,1hr,30min and 15 min are all in the sell indication on the BBands and parabolic sars then the ea will only trade a pending order for a sell. Where the pending order will be placed is if 1 or 2 or 3 candles all close below the opening position and a total of between 30 - 50 pips make this range adjustable the pending order will be placed after a candle forms in above the opening position make the pending order at the lowest point in the whole operation.
