I am looking for someone that know Premium Short Code SMS services for voting. I am wanting to run the hottest memeber contest. Each member gets their own code, i.e. text Amy to (Code). There would be approximately 2000 members. As new members sign up, they would be issued their own code. Everything has to be realtime. The voting results shown on my website as well as setting up the individuals code. I want to use a Premium SMS number so if you know a quicker way to get it set up than the 3 months the phone companies say we need, then that is even better. Please only respond if you have experience doing this.

First off, add two zeros to the bid, $4000. This isn't a simple webpage. I do SMS for a living. There are a lot of specialized rules that the message flow has to follow, and they are different per carrier. I can help you get setup with an aggregator and get the campaign approved. I've got lots of experience in writing the code used to send and receive messages, as well as all the database stuff. The website will be a easy. The shortcode itself isn't cheap. The project isn't cheap. If you still want to do it, let me know.
