We need someone to work with us on Administering different online businesses. Someone who's good at data entry and organizing. Great communication skills is a *must. We are looking for someone serious and long term, this is a part time position which will become a full time with over time workload shortly. So, someone dedicated is needed to work extra hours / overtime sometimes. No weekend working is required. Administrative Duties: * Provide administrative support to various departments and personnel. * Manage, organize business operations, bring ideas to better processings * Coordinate business dealings * Resolve customer inquiries and complaints * Recruit staff members * Manage and audit staff members activities Required skills: * Fluent / native in English speaking and writing * Business Management   * Recruitment * Excel and gSheets skills * Is available, between 1pm to 10pm EST, for meetings only. Meetings sometimes take up 1 hour, this varies. Big PLUS: - Knowledge with programs like Calendly, Clickup - Spanish speaking
