I am looking for a senior BA to document and define our e commerce processes. We are starting an online business which has a multi vendor capability, we need the vendor processes turned into an easy to use guide for our vendors to understand how they sell on our site. We also need payment processes, delivery, returns, content upload, and complaints process all mapped out and defined from both a customer and a vendors perspective. The platform we are using is CS Cart multi vendor. As well as defining and producing the guide we are also looking for this individual to be availble to hand hold new vendors through the process The job is to be briefed and started ASAP. and needs to be Sydney based.
