I am seeking a skilled civil architect to propose a bungalow design for me. The details of the project are as follows: Location; Ahmedabad, Gujarat Only! We prefer local person from Ahmedabad who can visit my bunglow! Size: - The bungalow is approximately 2000 sq.ft. - The bungalow has 3 floors. - Ground Floor has Kitchen, one bed room and hall - First Floor has 3 bedrooms. - Second floor has 1 bedroom and terraces. Architectural Style: - I am looking for a modern architectural style for the bungalow. Features and Amenities: - I am open to suggestions and do not have any specific requirements for the features and amenities. I am looking for the architect's expertise and creativity to propose suitable options. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Extensive experience in civil architecture and bungalow design. - Proficient in modern architectural styles. - Strong creativity and ability to propose unique designs. - Good communication skills to understand and incorporate client preferences.
