We would like to build a very simple shelter to get kids and adults out of the wind and rain at our golf course . We envision a very sturdy open sided structure that is bolted to concrete pilings . No concrete pad just a simple crushed stone floor. This structure must be able to withstand year round snow loads and very high winds here in London Ontario Canada . We are unsure of the size at this time but please work with 30 feet wide X 30 feet long with an 8 foot ceiling and open roof to ground measurement of 6 - 7 feet . The gable ends will be closed in . This structure does not require plumbing, electrical, drainage , eavestrough etc. the supporting posts must also be bolted down to concrete pilings in such a way as the structure can be unbolted and moved if necessary . Hi good day, I am Justice, I am hulighly skilled in the use of complex architectural softwares such as ArchiCAD, AutoCAD and Artlantis studios to design buildings especially residential and hospitality facilities. I will design your simple shed to comply with State Authorities regulations or relevant codes. I will also do a high quality 3D visualization of the shed and the adjoining facilities. I will also do detailed drawings of the floor plans, elevations, sections, details etc, showing the minutest details to ensure near-zero construction error. It is important to realize that as much as beautiful drawings are a esthetically appealing, building near salt-water requires a heightened degree of professional competence in architecture. I have sufficient knowledge of materials to be used in such an area. To make things easier, you may have to send me pictures of the existing site, or alternatively, and more accurately, send me the geographical coordinates so that I will locate the area myself, and ascertain many other details.
