In addition to a food preparation room and a corridor connecting with an outdoor kitchen, a servants’ room, a laundry room, a clothes hanger, and a storeroom. 2. Choosing a place on this floor to sit and enjoy the garden with a covered outdoor swimming pool and a place for Barbeque , This floor includes also a staircase with its unique shape. 3. first floor, it consists of three master bedrooms, a hall for family sitting, a place for preparing juices and coffee, an office, and a children’s lounge, in addition to distinct and modern balconies. 4. The villa shall also consists of an indoor garage and an out of fence open garage in the form of a canopy. The house is oriented toward the Qiblah of Muslims as well. The direction of movement of the sun and shadows is taken into account to prevent direct heat, as well as the directions of the wind in the area... with the house containing a distinct and simple garden.
