If I accept your proposal, I'm only going to pay the amount listed on the bid.* I am looking for a skilled and experienced architect or designer to create a house plan/full blueprints for me. I have found a plan from a design company that I like, but it doesn't exactly fit our needs. I would like for someone to use that as a starting point, and then take some mock-up pictures we have created to build the plan. I will need a full blueprint package including details floor plans, exterior elevations, foundation plans for a basement, house and detail cross-sections, floor structural supports. electrical plan, roof framing plans. We also want 3-d rendering of the inside and outside. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Strong proficiency in architectural design software - Previous experience in designing house plans, particularly for large-sized houses - Knowledge of building codes and regulations in the United States - Excellent attention to detail and ability to create accurate floor plans - Creativity and ability to incorporate functional and aesthetic elements into the design - Good communication skills to understand and incorporate my specific requirements into the house plan.
