Design of L-shaped two storey building

We require an architectural and structural design of an L-shaped mixed-use two-storey building. Most of the building will be for commercial use, but a part will be for a guest room with kitchen and bathroom. The proposed maximum length is 21m, the proposed width is 14m. The terrain is pretty much level. The height of the rooms should be 3m. As the upper floor is mainly used as a training and conference room, command & control room and an office, the floor load will be minimal. No need for hot water in the upper floor. There is an existing adjacent single-storey house which is close to the proposed laundry (see plans). There is a brick fence next to the long side of the proposed building, and we have planned a distance from that wall to the building of 1m. There is a nice view of the nearby hills from the offices and the control centre on the upper floor. I have enclosed rough sketches - drawn in Excel - of what we are looking for, however without the placement and size of windows. We will need interior and exterior designs in 2D and 3D, detailed structural and architectural drawings, rebar schedule and utility plans. We love modern designs with lots of glass, steel and wood panels. We are ready to accept innovative designs and colours, and unconventional materials, provided they are low cost and durable. We are also ready to purchase all (or most) materials from a company that is able to turn your design into a prefab building and deliver through sea containers. A word on the local environment: we don't have earthquakes, winds are maximum 6m/s, but it can get 36 degrees during the hottest summer days, which is why we need air conditioners. There are no enforced building codes so we are basically free to do what we like. We have a parking space in the front of the proposed building. Above and beyond the design and plans in AutoCAD or Bentley format, we expect you to submit a detailed bill of materials and provide remote supervision during the construction phase so as to avoid costly mistakes. To this end, we will send photos, ask questions and have at least a weekly conference call. I will also assist by researching specs of locally available materials.
