archetict is needed to redisign existing SPA and massage center

I am looking for an experienced architect to redesign my existing SPA and massage center. The current layout is a combination of open plan and multiple rooms. I need a detailed project proposal from the successful freelancer that showcases their past work and experience. The budget for this project is between $200-$500. The ideal candidate should have experience in SPA and massage center design, and be able to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing space. Key skills for this project include: - Architectural design - Interior design - Space planning - Lighting design - Project management -Bill of quantities The requirment is : 1- 4 to 5 treatment rooms each side , all rooms need to have private shower and wash basin . 2- Big reception with waiting area . 3- Staff rooms 4- Pantry or small kitchenet . ( the daily working hours is 18 hours per day so there must be decent size kirchen and staff seating room to stay all this time ) 6- Morrocan Bath Area ( photos attatced to understand what is this ) 7 - Store room each side to store teh towels and material 8 - Bathroom for the SPA staff . The current layout is what we have now , we are not happy with it .. its too much rooms , and there is no vibes.
