New 10 story building - outside drawing, simple floor plans

Joe, Hi my name is Miguel Alonso and I am a licensed General Contractor and Architect based out of W. Palm Beach, Florida, from your description sounds like what you need is a preliminary or what we call schematic drawing which is usually a very simple drawing that my clients need generally for financing or investor funding. Generally what I include is a dimensioned site plan, colored with landscaping, floor plans labeled with room sizing, and elevations with 3D renderings as required. For this full package I generally charge $1500 but from your description I see you needs are a little more basic. I can provide the floor plans and elevations, which will be presentation grade (colored and shaded) for $750. I can provide these drawings within 3 days. This price is further assuming that the building will be residential in use or the Floors 2-10 will be identical with the only exception being the lobby level and penthouse level offering different plans. I have enclosed some samples of preliminary design packages that have been submitted for both planning and zoning approval and for funding. From what i've read in your description, all that you need is schematic design that usually need to invest in a building or property.
