If these are all information you will provide and please clarify what is the expectation like how many page report and does it necessary to cover all the requirements as per table of content by Dr? The scope of work and time required can be very much different between compilation and write a new report to cover all the points. The scope included in my bid is to compile a report with the document you provided and I will also do some touch up/modifications on the existing content based on my experience and construction practice. No additional sections will be added. I am an experienced structural engineer good at writing technical reports so I am sure I can do this job but I need to understand if I interpret the scope correctly.
