Build a Basic App using AppBuilder Tool

Hi there, I need someone to help me put together a simple app using an online app builder I came across. I run a city centre pub and want an app created for my business to allow my customers to book out a table, see the pub’s food and drink menu and earn loyalty points for their visit etc. I also want to be able to send out occasional Push Notifications for Happy Hours and food offers around special occasions. I've found an online service within my budget that lets you build Apps for businesses without any programming skills, but I still need some help putting it together. I need someone to design my app icon, create some content about the pub and help with using the online app builder to create a sophisticated looking app for my business. They mention you can use HTML within the app builder too, so this knowledge is a must.
