Brickwork Quantity Surveyor Needed (Bluebeam Expert & Excel Expert)

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our esteemed team of estimators. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle assignments promptly and efficiently, ensuring timely project submissions are paramount to our success. We currently have openings for up to two surveyors who can collaborate effectively on projects as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with our team of estimators to complete assigned projects. - Ensure timely completion of project submissions according to predetermined deadlines. - Work in tandem with fellow surveyors to maximize efficiency and productivity. - Adhere to predetermined project requirements and specifications. Requirements: - Advanced Excel skills and ability to understand how excel spread sheets work. - Advanced Blue Beam Skills - Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role in the construction industry. - Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
