Make about 50 frames for an animated cartoon for a website banner

I wish to create an animated GIF for a website I have. I have a program that allows me to add jpeg images and create animations frame by frame. I however am not very good at drawing. That's why I'm hiring you. The pictures will be cartoons. The size of the animation will be 380 x 120 Each frame should be saved as a PNG file. Frames should be numbered ? ie frame001 , frame002, ?. frame050 etc I expect all these scenes to tell a story and be visually appealing Please download the attached PDF document for full details.
