I am looking for an occupational therapist to help me optimize my workflow. I need assistance specifically with treatment planning and implementation. I have all the necessary equipment and technology - I just need help setting up the best processes and procedures to move things along as efficiently as possible in the office. Dedicating a few hours now and then having weekly check-ins of an hour or two over the next few months should be enough to make improvements to our workflow. I'm looking for an experienced occupational therapist who is knowledgeable in workflow optimization and can offer expert advice as to how I can make positive changes. That's the automated text blob that came up when I created my post, but it mostly nailed it. I'm a 41yr old Software Engineer with too many things on my hands for me to keep track of, and I need help putting a few systems in place to help me gather all my tasks into one place, maximize my spaces for what I'm using them for, etc. My best guess is that someone with occupational therapy experience would be the best fit, but that's not a hard requirment -- if you're an organized person, or a mom who kept her kids with ADHD on track, feel free to reach out.
I would prefer systems that let me rely on being able to automation like scanning my emails and adding things to my calendar.
Huge bonus points if you have read and understand the book "Organizing Solutions for people with ADHD"
