My name is Cathy and I am looking for help to create floor plans for a residential home. The floor plans I need are for a one-story home under 1300 sq ft. I have a generic engineered plan that only needs some minor modifications. I am looking for someone familiar with Coastal South Georgia codes. I am expecting thorough, detailed plans that comply with all necessary regulations. The plans should be accurate and must accurately reflect the layout of the building and its current condition. I would appreciate it if any changes to the design could also be discussed and proposed in the course of creating the floor plans. This project isn't expected to be completed in a short timescale, so I am looking for someone who can take their time and deliver quality work in a prompt manner.
