I am looking to hire an experienced architect to help me with building plans in Puerto Rico. Specifically, the building will be residential and have a modern design. Additionally, I am looking for an energy-efficient design due to the demands of building in this area. I will need someone with expertise in Puerto Rico building codes and experience in designing these structures. The person I choose will need to be able to produce detailed plans for submission for city planning board approval. I have 3d renderings finished already and designs are complete...just need to convert to building plans and work with design tweaks to fit building codes.
