Editing of Language Study Audio Files

I have a collection of around 1300 audio files all with the same format. They are around 10 seconds in length each and start with a person saying a word in English and then repeating twice in Arabic the same word. I would like to create new file of just the Arabic word spoken once. So create a 2 second file from the 10 second file. The file will then be named "AB + whatever the word is in english" example "AB House.mp3". So the file must be in a high quality (160 kbps at least) mp3 file. I can personally do about 150 of these in an hour. I will have a lot of this work in the future and I need somebody that can do these around 150-200 per hour. Attached is a sample file. This work is for a charitable non-profit online resource called Doumtar that will provide free educational tools for learning about other cultures through language, traditional musical instruments and history.
