Software Analysis / Technical writing - Software Requirements Specification

Im looking for someone to help me with some technical documentations (SRS). Skills required: You must be able to speak in fluent English. You must have a strong understanding of software system / programming etc You must have good academic skills (use of proper grammar, sentence construction etc) You should be able to write the SRS document to be in compliant with IEEE 830 standard. You should be able to draw diagrams/figures in compliants with UML 2.0 standard. Software used "Visual Paradigm" (used to draw UML Diagrams) "MS Word" (used to writing document/text) sometimes smartdraw is used for drawing diagram/illustration (optional). Basically this document translate the customers requirements into a software req, that is to be read by the customer,developer, and engineers. On average most documents are written for enterprise projects with 200-300 pages (sometimes more!)
