Create a basic ASP.NET website. All the actual content of the website will be filled in by my self, all I require the freelancer to do is to create the pages and navigation. Must Have got knowledge of ASP.NET, be able creating site maps and navigation using the ASP.NET SiteMapxxxxx classes. See the attached DOC file for full details. Must be available on skype to discuss details.
