Asp.net MVC C# - Feed VIEW form with SQL data

Hello, I need the configuration view to be programmed and populated from the SQL in the attachement. A part of it is already programmed. Just a part of the front end. (have a look [login to view URL]) There is a mockup of the final view called [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Advanced involves 3 tables and advanced is 2 tables to link in the same Modal pop up view. On View load it loads only all RoomName from the SPGroup table. When select 1 room (From SPGroup table) it will load all POT to the right and all POT bellow with POT NAME (From table SPPot). When selecting a POT it will load all attached anode from SPAnode table. So each room have a bunch of pot and each pot have a bunch of anode. All tables have data at the moment. For each SPGroup there are SPPots which have a lot of SPAnodes. Have a look to the data to understand more the logic. I need to be the same as the [login to view URL] file. They are contained into checkbox list. When click ADD I want a popup with one textbox to type in the Room name or Pot name. When click All/None it will select or unseleect all Pot or Anode in the list. When click save it will create the same logic behind the table. The report type is Hardcoded with 3 types. Mv, Noise or Reprise. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I need another menu to pop up. When click the advance button. It will show another view with all field of the the table SPConfiguration to show and SPLogRobot. Program it the way you like it. Just add a save button. It always save the new configuration on the existing record. No need to use the active flag in the table for now.
