I need to build a webpage where users can download ringtones; The programmer must know how to use SMS. THey must also have knowledge of GMS servers. I would like my customers to beable to easily upload ringtones and download other ringtones to be sent to their mobile phone. The site must be secure. The site must also have a way for customers to pay online with a credit card. Familiarity with SEO is desirable. Also it needs to be created for me to be able to easily make updates.
