Web Site built specifically to submit to Ebay for EPN approval

Experienced web site builder / marketer who has submitted site/s to Ebay for EPN approval. Site to be built on Wordpress for Australian market. niche not important but possibly large priced items like furniture or white goods. Requires unique, keyword rich content. Minimum 1 - 2 articles a day. Once built and submitted to continue with content until approved. Once approved would like to monetize site. If successful I have colleagues also interested in doing the same.
