Deep fake from clip for music video for youtube

Hi guys and girls i am currently looking for someone that can create a deep fake clip worth 2:30 long from 1 maybe 2 clips given, the project will be uploaded to youtube, the clip will be a still frame shot that meets all the requirements for a deep fake, you can also list your requirements, aslong as deep fake looks good any method can be used.
