Hi,
I'm going to start by proofreading your Project Description, if that's okay, just to demonstrate that I know what I'm doing. It should really read something like:
We are looking for an editor for a magazine. The job will include editing and proofreading. The budget will be decided based on word count per article.
I'm more than happy to take up the job of editing and proofreading for you. Obviously we can discuss matters relating to the exact budget, which will vary depending on the kind of writing and how much editing or proofing you feel you need. The prices I have given below are roughly indicative in terms of their proportion to each other.
I have asked for a clarification below regarding what topics the magazine will cover, as you may need specialist editors for certain kinds of topic. I have professional experience writing product reviews and descriptions, writing about politics, music and literature, and with academic writing. I also have experience writing for various B2B publications.
Thanks for reading my proposal. If you have any questions about me or my work, please feel free to message me.
Thanks again,
Frank
