I would like to hire an App Developer

I want to create a game app simple that allows an upload of a photo where people can pop their boss, friend, spouse, co-worker etc...by uploading a photo onto a figure...this is meant to be funny. Then use a hand icon to just smack the figure that has a picture face of whom they would like to pop, or allow just a man and woman pic generic they could use with choice of a name for the figure that says boss, friend, spouse, co-worker. Also, allow in app purchases where they could buy pies, water, other items to hit them with. I thought of a name Just Pop Em..if that has not been used. I would like to use ads and in app purchases as a way to make money off the app. Used by both I-phone and Android users.
