Content rich newsletter

I have a monthly newsletter that needs revision. The newsletter features businesses that join out directory. Currently the newsletter looks more like a marketing slick than a useful resource. The newsletter needs to be in pdf (graphic/logo's) and email able format. The email version would be text with links back to the featured company website and videos. The content needed would be homeowner how to's, home and garden tips, real estate related. The emailable newsletter is #1 important the pdf would be #2 ## Deliverables content rich emailable newsletter with links to other sites and services.
