Bring the soccer coaches whiteboard to life

I need someone to design software to bring the old magnetic coaching tactics board to my website. Users will be able to edit, drag and drop, and export images and animation videos. They will be able to create professional coaching sessions/drills using this software. I've attached some images of an already existing product. It should be similar to this one. User friendly, easy to use and efficient.
