We need a professional developer or team, who can build us a website from scratch. The website has to be built with asp.net core (2.2 or 3.0) and with Angular 7 or 8. For the data base you can use either SQL or MongoDB, but we prefer MongoDB for several reasons. As far as we know, both MongoDB and ASP.NET Core are compatible with each other. The website should be able to do following things: 1- Uploading Uni-documents and School documents. 2- Looking for a tutor. 3- Uploading bachelor-thesis or assignments and sell them for others. 4- Uploading courses and tutorial-videos for students and professionals 5- Website, that allows you to put questions for profis. Profis get paid for giving the right answer. 6- Website that letes you make Live-Tutorials for students without an external programm, like skype or mytutor.co.
