Kurento or any other Media server development consultant

We are looking for a Media server webrtc expert who can setup a open source Media server for us. We have after some research found Kurento to be suitable for this purpose. But if you have a different suggestion, that would also be welcome. For now the consultant should be able to setup a kurento server online with a working sample on angular/android simple video conference 1-n and a webinar type rooms with complete detailed instructions documentation of the same. This is a proof of concept of an upcoming project. The completion of the project will help us decide on the technology and there may be future work for the consultant for few of our existing clients who would like to expand to this platforms. Please remember this is only a proof of concept project and if you are able to demonstrate - A working sample (different from the kurento documentation) which can be used by us for testing and development - Reasonable understanding of how a conference/webinar can be hosted and its resource requirements - A prototype - video conference (just a simple proof of concept) , webinar - again proof of concept - One of the prototype can be on angular and the other can be on android or ios - A simple and concise documentation for our team to be able to repeat the same - Ability to help us with future work by helping with architecture and development along with our team for the rate to be decided later when we start Preferred technologies: .net core or node js on server, js/angular/android/ios on client side
