Frontend dev with Angular / React / DevOps experience

We need help on a number of items, including setting up public seed app for developers (including authentication components), creating some automated builds / tests of our application, and advising on style guides and appropriate components to improve our appdev capabilities. We are a small team and need an experienced resource on a part time basis to guide us on our path. We love open source and the immediate things we need help with are all open source projects. As our tooling and target market are quite specific we'd like build a long-term relationship with the right developer. We do have a short test, please note that we don't think tests are necessarily a good indicator of great talent, but they do separate "walkers" from "talkers".
