Hi, I am a electrical engineering student in Indian Institute of technology madras IITM and have done a project already on home automation,using Bluetooth module,arduino,relays, LDR,sensors,etc.... it can be controlled by android smartphone via Bluetooth and an android app can be made to execute commands on arduino.
