Develop an APP to store photos and documents

For a rent a car with several offices we need an app to store customers documents and photos of the cars on pickup and dropoff. The app must have icons for: OPEN CAR PICKUP 1) Open a form that ask for: contract number and plate number 2) Then request to do photos of client documents: driving license (2 sides) and national id (2 sides) OR passport (1 side). Optionally, user can do more photos until 10 more. 3) Request to do 2 tickets photos if mandatory for loged user 4) Then request to do 10 photos of the car outside in specific order (putting in background sample photo or car side siluette so the employee follow an specific order). 5) Request photo of odometer and fuel gauge 3) Request to write notes if mandatory for logged user with setup prompt in setup App should save this data in our server and store it with user that created, gps position, date and time CAR DROP OFF Introduce contract number or plate number; or select from pending to drop off cars in users office. List must contain reservation number and plate number by each row Ask if car has any damage. If yes, request to do at least 4 photos. Request a odometer and fuel gauge photo App should save this data in our server and store it with user that created, gps position, date and time VIEW Introducing car reservation number or plate number, show all the introduced data with option to resend via whatsapp or email. By default, last car LOGIN To employee login LOGOUT To employee logout. A no use of more than X hours, automatic logout (see below) SETUP (to create users and offices) a) USERS With this option, the admin can create users (a phone can be used by several employes) with following information: - Name and Surname - login/pass - Office of the employee (select from list) - If app shoud logout this user after X hours of no use (if "0", do not logout) - If user must do photos of both charge ticket and block tickets (2 tickets from P.O.S.) - If user are offered to write a note (save text to request note, for example "Please note client email") One fix user must be admin. Users can be created, edited and deleted from admin only. b) OFFICES Admin can create offices: only Office Name, office code. Example: Malaga Airport, MALP Notes Contract numbers has following format: YY-STATION-NNNN YY: Current year (22) Station: office code (sample: VALC, MADP NNNN: contract number For example: 22-MALP-2342 reservation 2342 of year 2022 for office Malaga Aiport When request a contract number, app shoud write YY-STATION- so the user can only fill NNNN but able to delete all to fill a whole contract number. We have paid apple and google accounts to publish the app. Job includes to publish in our account. We will provide a server to store the data and images. This app will grow in future, we will need future maintenance.
