I am a realtor here in NY, and with all the new rules we have to have people who come to our open houses fill out multiple pieces of paper. I want to cut that process down. I need an app, to run on android and if possible iphone..(tablets, etc) To welcome the user to the open house and get the names of people in the party. (and contact info..email/cell,etc). Now in New York, they need to sign a covid waiver, nys anti discimination discloure and a NY agency disclosure. So it is annoying with all the paper. I need an app that can handle all that. BONUS: If the app can somehow connect to my CRM (LionDesk - has API). If too complicated or requires too much money, its not necessary. But more importantly, the app must also be able to email a customized email thanking them for visiting my open house, and receive a pdf/e-card with the house information

What you have explained here is a Database driven platform where each user will have their very own private dashboard so that they can manage and streamline their activity within the platform as you mentioned . Each such user dashboard directly feeds in and out of the mother database . Of course the admin ( in this case I am assuming you) will have a MASTER-DASHBOARD to manage all the activity and every aspect of the platform and all the users from his / her dashboard. So therefore , based on these facts , I am considering that the database schema will indeed be an ORM DATABASE so that all the modules within the platform will be dynamic and fluid it grows as your user engagement grows . Now , the functional aspects that you have mentioned ( i mean the features ) will be done with the use of a MODULAR CONTROL so that each of the function can be done individually with their own private FUNCTION-CALL without intervening with other features . This will also give you the added ability to add new features in the future without the fear of messing anything up. From what I have read , there are only a few more things that needs answering so that I can understand your deployment. So let me elaborate on that . Can you please tell me what type of API you will be using for Data set ( IF ANY ) , Can you tell me the type of Server you have ? and of course what type of CRON it supports?
