We require a low level Android Stack Developer to work in Freelancer with us to enhance / create an android platform. You will have experience in creating Android OS drivers, access Android Source code and build your own Operating system. You will have skills managing Video Players, serial / usb drivers, Communication protocols and launching Android and locking down the APK with Android OS from scratch ONLY FULL Android Stack developers with skills to do this need apply. If you can use commercial tools to build Android APKs and / or cross platform apps YOU ARE NOT what we seek. PLEASE RESPECT our requirement and do NOT apply saying "I read your requirement we have done all these apps in Play store", this is simply NOT what we seek. You must have skills to create scenario based front ends with FULL API Calls for every event and share the data with external secure server sharing data to and fro. You must have capability to read usb media and pull data and support updates over the air. you must write solid code to prevent ability to have device crash. We need capability to remotely connect via network IP to communicate pull and push secure interactions. Data is sent and received and we need ability to send over serial and / or usb comms and read data and set event rules that will trigger display, alerts, forms and push data communications. The android developer must be able to lock apk to boot on power on straight into APK and NOT exit under any circumstances. Access to Android settings including SMS, communications and build pass through communications in mandatory also. We will require capabilities from mobile host android OS via IP, Web and Mobile apps at some point also. There is only a handful of developers who truly can do what we seek, please ONLY apply if you have sills, have time to dedicate on long term project and are committed. Successful developer will be renumerated. Examples of work done are mandatory. An NDA for key skills required will be offered to short-listed and successful developers. I await your proposals
