Android app including object tracking and limited AR

Hello, I am looking to develop an app that allows a user to "scan" (taking video and pictures) of an object and sending the data to a server. I would like the app to be able to recognize the object using object detection and also AR to show the users the path they should follow to scan the object (show a line on the object that will mark the places the user has scanned). Other than these two technologies the app is very simple and will include 2-4 pages of just text and a button, 2 pages of fill-in form (that will need to be sent to the server with the pictures) and a payment page. This is a first stage for a minimal viable product and most likely we will need follow up development. I will send the freelance the designs that I want for the front end. I will have a dedicated UX/UI for the app within a few days.
