jquery countdown script

I need a jquery countdown script with callback function for example onComplete it should call ajax reguests GET,POST. I will provide the URL's for ajax calls so you don't need to write the PHP side. also need to integrate timers every 60 seconds call the ajax request after countdown begins it should work on cross-browser I need it asap please bid only if you can begin the project immediately
