I need this form to work properly, please do not test!! Basically the form is 2 steps, i want to reduce that to 1 step. So all fields (name, phone, email, date and comment fields) should all be in 1 box, instead of 2. Hope this makes sense. Easy work. Need this done ASAP. [login to view URL]
