We need a great administrator to help us deliver exceptional customer service as we grow our exciting travel start-up. Modern Roadtrips is a travel start-up specialising in roadtrip holidays. Our unique site - currently in re-build but nearing completion - will offer customers the chance to buy a roadtrip holiday with a single click. We have created the roadtrip routes, we select and book the hotels, and we book the car rental. The upshot is that the customer, for a single price, just has to turn up at the first city on the roadtrip - and the rest is done for them. You’ll be joining a tight-knit team with two founders, a marketing lead, and three developers. The main objectives of this role are threefold: engage with customers to help secure sales and ensure a top-notch holiday experience; administrate the ordering and booking process; and keep the site operating flawlessly with some operational checks. There’s also the opportunity to have some fun creating bespoke roadtrip propositions for customers who want an option ‘off the beaten path.’ There's a detailed job description attached with more information.
