Hi! It's unclear if you're looking for a QuickBooks plug-in to do this for you or just accounting advice. It sounds like you're looking at using the bills that you receive on your outgoing invoices so that you can pass costs directly to the customer, and your current process does not include the vendor name or memo fields. Your main issues are Vendor name nor the Memo field shows on the Invoice. ok I can manage your problem by the every line item of the Invoice , at the time of receiving Item , the description you will write in the line item same you will get into the invoice by each line item. I solve everything within the QuickBooks, You don't need extra customization and you will not have take support form any QB expert. I am new here in freelancer but my experience is over 20 years. The steps you are taking are correct and since its still not working means there is a data problem. Assuming you have already done the verify and rebuild and its still doing the same.
