I have a small but growing psychotherapy practice in Dublin. I started trading in Jan 2014. I use Kashoo as my bookkeeping software. I had a "friend of a friend" looking after my books but he left to live in Australia last year while I was working in Hong Kong. I was abroad from April to Sept 2015. This guy just upped and left without contacting me and left my accounts in a shambles. My business is a simple one with 1 bank account imported into Kashoo. My Practice Management System issues my invoices and notes payments. I have records of every cent in and out of the business. All my income and expenditure is recorded both on my computer and backed up to the Cloud. I need someone local, based in Ireland, to have a look at my books and get them ready for Revenue before they lock me up in chains in a dark dungeon. I would also like to have a professional business relationship with bookkeeper to do my end of year accounts and advise me on tax matters. How much would you charge to sort out historical accounts from 2014 and set me up so I have no more problems. My business is a non-profit making social enterprise and wondering if you could offer a reduced rate.
