Calling Solution

Hi, I am looking for someone whose familiar with VOIP solutions. What I am trying to do is call someone, ask them if they are interested in a particular service and if they say yes, transfer their call to a toll free number. I cannot use tele-conferincing for this solution and skype doesn't allow transfer of outgoing calls. I would also like to know if it's possible to show the number of the person whom I called in the first place on the CLI of the person whom I transferred the call to. Please post how you are going to achieve this and your bid as well. Thanks
