We are looking for someone fro write a php-javascript based customer chat service. This has to be with a modular back-end API and has to have an administration panel where the chats can be answered and a widget for the website that has cross-page support. The most important part of this project would be the API as this would help us further develop the application after it has been delivered to us. We'd like this to be backed by PHP and use javascript for the widgets and admin panel.
