Hi, If I understood your requirement clearly then what you need is basically an integration module. Most Magento integration module are created using API, if the third party tool has some sort of API to access their product we can use that else we will have to create some functions at the third party tool. These functions will allow anyone with a particular set of user name and password to access products information. We will also have to create functions in Magento to connect to third party and show product information. we can show these product in admin and once they are approved and their price are modified, these will be available for sale on your site. Which third party tool are you using ? also let me know the version of magento you are using ?
