Auto add to cart and size

Hi. I want a software that monitors the nike store website and finds recently added product immediately and that scans a twitter account to serach for a certain tweet with certain text. -Must be able to function as a bot/script to read and command incoming links generated by a keyword/s. -Must be able to input size automatically and add to cart. -Must also be able to add multiple shoes to cart and check out.
