Build of pre-designed site

We have just completed the design of a 'professional services' website template and we now need it built on a wordpress platform. The website needs to be built in Danish and English with a language switcher between the two languages, have a downloadable pdf file for the user (that i can change in the CMS), have an embedded video with a dedicated page (i need the ability to change the video if i want in the CMS) and multiple area/pages for content, images, roll overs and links. Its needs to be built as a template so when i add content or change images via the CMS it looks ok. I will need to change images regularly. Users will not need to log in (apart from admin) I need to be able to control all of this via an easy to use CMS so i suggest wordpress but it has to be clearly labelled. The site also has a news section which is shown in summary format on several other pages. There is no flash or complicated features. PhP must be used and I need this to run quickly asap. I need the CMS to label the correct image sizes so the size never resizes the images. I need the logo and images to appear clean and detailed. The site must run quickly and is not a complicated project. There will be several a href requirements and i need to be able to add this myself via html in wordpress when im editting content, but i will provide you all the address for the links for the 'our partners' section I require a trustworthy coder with a near perfect rating who can build this site in 5 days 100% bug-free. I will provide all photoshop files, in english and danish. I am aware of the true value of this project and that we are overpaying - I just need one of the top coders who has excellent references to build this fast. The hosting is with GoDaddy and it must be built live ## Deliverables The coder is to draft the contract. I will make the decision based on references, trustworthyness and rating. As I said the functionality of the site is not complicated. I need the template built, all content added and the site complete asap.
